    IT² is devoted to providing Technology Leaders and Technology Support Staff in Minnesota and our neighboring states the highest quality Educational Technology Conference experience possible. As has been the case since our first conference in 2007, we continue to strive to provide timely topics covering the latest in technology trends from the classroom to infrastructure delivered by your peers and industry experts!

    Through our conference sessions and exhibitors, IT² focuses on technology leaders, technology support staff, and technology integrationists in K-12 school districts.

    The conference begins on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. with a series of concurrent sessions. Again, this year, the Exhibit Hall will have exclusive hours during the conference from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, during which appetizers and refreshments will be available. The exhibit hall is also your ticket to enter the drawings for some awesome door prizes. The conference will resume at 7:30 am on Friday, October 25, 2024 with breakfast and then our keynote speaker, Kris Hagel, will kick off the day of learning and inspiration at 8:15 a.m. with conference sessions to follow. The conference sessions conclude at 3:00 p.m. with the door prize drawings held immediately following the final session. Conference registration includes the following meals: Thursday lunch, Thursday evening appetizers at the exhibit hall, Friday breakfast, and Friday lunch. Snacks and refreshments will be provided throughout the conference.

    Attendee Rates:
    • IT² Education Technology Conference without hotel: $240
    • IT² Education Technology Conference with One Night Hotel Stay: $400
    • IT² Education Technology Conference with Two Night Hotel Stay: $560

    SWWC Technology Subscribers will receive $75 off on their registration if registered by September 27.

    After September 27, 2024, the registration options that include hotel stays will not be available and the rates for all registrations will increase to $300, including SWWC Technology Subscribers. Registration will close on Sunday, October 20, 2024.

    If you purchased a registration package that includes your hotel stay, you do not need to do anything more, SWWC will be taking care of your hotel reservation and will send you confirmation details. If you have decided to register for a hotel on your own, or missed by September 27 registration cut-off for hotel packages, you can contact one of the hotels directly.

    Both hotels are attached to the Willmar Conference Center. The hotel block will be released as of September 27, 2024.

    Cancelation Policy
    Cancelations must be received by 4:30 p.m. on October 17, 2024, to qualify for a full refund, after which all registrations are considered final, and no refunds will be issued. Substitution of attendees from the same district/organization will be allowed up to the day of the event. In the event the conference is canceled by SWWC, a full refund will be given. An email address must be included when registering to ensure receipt of any cancelation notifications. Attendees are responsible for checking their email for event updates or cancelations.
