    For 14 years, IT² has been an established annual Education Technology showcase for dozens of vendors, solutions providers, service organizations and agencies. Take this opportunity to showcase your story in front of hundreds of classroom teachers, school technology professionals, media specialists, principals and superintendents. Our conference offers exhibitors affordable rates, the opportunity to present a breakout session or Pre-Conference Workshop and all exhibitors will be placed in high-traffic areas in the center of our event, not an isolated exhibit hall!
     
    Exhibitors are encouraged to register and pay for their Exhibit Hall booth and/or sponsorship by January 31, 2020 to get your name in front of our audience as soon as possible and receive the best pricing! After January 31, 2020, a $100.00 late fee will be assessed to all exhibitor and sponsor registrations. Exhibitors will be given the opportunity to propose a breakout session if space in the conference program permits, vendors will not be permitted to present at the conference without first being an exhibitor or sponsor. Exhibitors who plan to lead sessions during the conference are strongly encouraged to engage with school users as co-presenters to help exemplify the real-world use of your products and build a greater connection with the audience. All breakout sessions must be proposed no later than January 31, 2020. More information regarding the submission of a presentation proposal is available on our website.
     
    Exhibitors who participate in the SWWC Service Cooperative's Cooperative Purchasing Program (aka Cooperative Purchasing Connection or "CPC") will receive reduced rate registration for their vendor booth. If you are a Cooperative Purchasing vendor please contact our IT² Committee (it2@swwc.org) for the appropriate registration discount codes and full details with your exclusive pricing.

Important Information for Exhibitors

  • Sending Materials for the Conference
    If you would prefer to pre-ship any conference materials you are strongly encouraged to do so. SWWC Service Cooperative will store your materials and booths at no additional charge in a safe location.

    SWWC Service Cooperative nor the Redwood Area School District shall assume absolutely no responsibility for loss or damage to any materials pre-shipped for the conference. Return Shipments are the responsibility of the exhibitor, we will offer our shipping area for you to have carriers pickup your return materials and displays, but exhibitors and sponsors must pack, tag and call in pickup information to their carrier for return delivery before leaving the conference venue.
     
    Door Prizes
    Exhibitors and Sponsors: It is your responsibility to ensure that door prizes are given in accordance to all state and federal rules and guidelines, including the FCC Gifting Rules that apply to recipients of the Universal Service Administrative Company's (USAC) E-Rate funding program. Please also be aware that some participants at the conference may not be allowed to accept your door prize if they win it at the conference and may request that you donate it to a charity. Any Door Prize must be a benefit to the winner's entire school and in no way a personal benefit to the recipient personally.

    Conference Attendees will be required to visit your booth and participate in a coordinated activity in order to qualify for vendor specific door prizes. As an exhibitor, we encourage you to converse and visit with participants as they visit your booth. SWWC will only release name and contact information of registrants that have opted to share their information with vendors during the registration process.
     
    Recognition of the door prize donor will be stated during the door prize drawings. It is required that prizes be brought to and distributed during the conference. If it will be necessary to drop-ship the prize please bring a form to gather all of the information that you will need to make that shipment as well as a certificate with all of your contact information on it for us to give to the winner. We will be taking photos of all prize recipients and sharing them on social media, your organization will be tagged in the photos to further publicize your involvement in IT2!

    Setup
    Setup times will be available starting on Sunday, March 15, 2020 from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM and resume on Monday, March 16, 2020 at 7:00 am. The Exhibit Hall opens at 8:00 am SHARP and runs until 2:45 pm. Exhibitors are asked to have a representative available at your booth and keep your booth completely setup until at least 2:45 pm. You are strongly encouraged to remain setup until the conference ends at 3:45 as there are breaks between sessions and participants who will meet with vendors during the afternoon rather than attend sessions.
