MN has updated their poster webpage and the format of the posters. Although the posters have a new look, many have not changed in content. Please see the date updated to the right of each link.
The following posters are required in the State of Minnesota.- Safety and Health Protection on the Job (MN OSHA)- 2017
- Minnesota Workers Compensation- 2017
- MN Minimum Wage 2025 - 2024
- Age Discrimination- 2017
- Unemployed- 2022
- Employer-sponsored Meetings - 2024
- Veterans Benefits and Services - 2024 - required for all employers with more than 50 full-time employees
The following posters are informational only. Employers are not required, but are encouraged to display.
- Earned sick and safe time - November 2023
- Pregnant workers and new parents - June 2023
