Employee Assistance Program/Wellness

  • SWWC is concerned about the well-being of our employees and their families. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to help employees and their dependents deal with a variety of personal problems that negatively affect well-being and job performance.
     
    From time to time we all need help managing life and work stress. The EAP offers help with:
    • Work pressures and demands
    • Relationship issues including separation and divorce concerns
    • Work pressures and demands
    • Alcohol and chemical use problems
    • Loss and grief
    • Depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts
    • Financial crisis
    • Parent-child difficulties
    • And many other life concerns 
     
    SWWC contracts with The Sand Creek Group, Ltd., a national behavioral health care corporation to provide this service.
    • Easy Access: 24-Hour Telephone Crisis Intervention
    • Free: Assessment and referral counseling for you and your dependents at no charge
    • Confidential: Use this program knowing that no one will know you used it or know anything that was said in your counseling session
    • Professional: All counselors are highly trained, experienced and licensed - and hold at least a master’s degree in psychology, social work or related behavior health sciences
    • Family Coverage: Dependents of SWWC employees are eligible
