Make an Impact for Kids in Your Community

  • RTS lobo

At The READY Clinic (TRC), we recognize that the importance of early detection and early intervention for Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) extends far beyond the month of April. While April is nationally recognized as World Autism Month, our commitment to supporting children and families through timely identification and intervention is year-round.

Early diagnosis and access to evidence-based intervention services have been shown to significantly improve outcomes and help children build essential skills for greater independence. That’s why we’re continually working to raise awareness, share resources, and empower our TRC community with the knowledge needed to recognize the signs of autism early in a child’s life.

Every April, we amplify those efforts by shining an even brighter light on the life-long impact of early intervention and encouraging conversations that support families in accessing the services they need, when they need them.

    Why is early intervention important?
    • ASD is a developmental disorder characterized by differences in social interaction and communication as well as the presence of restricted and repetitive patterns of behavior, interest or activities.
    • Research shows that evidence-based early intervention treatment is effective in optimizing learning, improving a child’s development, and reducing interfering behaviors. Catching the signs and symptoms early really matters because we know that starting treatment sooner can make a big difference in progress and outcomes.

    Every Gift Makes a Difference

At TRC, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, regardless of diagnosis or zip code.
Your donation, no matter the size, directly supports children with autism (ASD) and their families across Southwestern Minnesota, giving them hope, resources, and a better quality of life.

    What We Do
TRC provides research-based, medically necessary early intervention ABA therapy for children living with autism and related disorders and support for their families. Our services help children:
    • Increase independence
    • Build communication and life skills
    • Reduce behaviors that interfere with learning and socialization
    • Improve participation at home, in school, and in the community

We also empower parents and caregivers through coaching, education, and ongoing support.

    Why It Matters
Without TRC, many families are forced to travel long distances, disrupt their routines, and face high stress just to seek diagnostic evaluations and access services. By offering care in multiple locations, TRC removes barriers and ensures more families receive the help they need closer to home.

    The Urgent Need
Due to recent changes in funder reimbursement and ongoing staffing challenges, TRC is experiencing a significant funding shortfall, threatening our ability to sustain essential services. These factors make it harder to meet the growing needs of local families and nearly impossible to expand to continue to meet the needs of the larger community. We're working to raise $1 million to continue and grow our services for children with ASD and their families.

    How You Can Help
We make it easy to give by offering a variety of different ways to make your contribution. Your support enables us to:
    • Keep services accessible in local communities
    • Provide therapy to more children in need
    • Offer coaching and support to parents and caregivers
    • Sustain our team of licensed, caring professionals

Together, we can build a stronger future for children with autism and the families who love them.
