For those eligible for PERA (the Public Employees Retirement Association plan), this is also the period for open enrollment if you do not currently take the group term life insurance they offer. Please visit NCPERS Life Insurance for more information at https://mnpera.org/benefits/life-insurance/. If you wish to enroll, you must complete the application and return it to me by May 9.
Lastly, Aflac supplemental insurances are included in the Ease process, so you will be able to enroll in or change any of the plans they offer. If you choose to cancel any of your current Aflac plans, you should do so on Ease, but you must also enroll through Aflac. Please contact our Aflac rep, Mike Felcyn, at michael_felcyn@us.aflac.com or (507) 531-7007 if you have questions about these options.
Please let me know if you have any questions about Ease or any of the materials provided. I can be reached at (507) 337-2963 or jodi.robinson@swwc.org, or by using the chat feature in Microsoft Teams.
