GROW Award

  • The purpose of the GROW Award is to recognize employees for their outstanding work. Employees can be nominated by their coworkers, supervisors and our members.
     
     
    Each month, valid submissions will be:
    • posted on the GROW webpage
    • shared on social media and in the Coop Connection
    • sent to the employee via email with a cc: to their director
    • entered into a drawing (winner will receive a $25 coupon toward the SWWC store)
