Program Components & Job Rotations

Program Components
The primary components of the Project SEARCH-Sanford program include: 
  • Daily employability skills classes
  • 3-4 different job internship rotations throughout the year
  • Constructive evaluations and feedback from Sanford supervisor and program staff
  • An environment that accommodates the students needs
  • Daily living skills training
  • Job placement assistance at the end of the Project SEARCH experience
  • College endorsed completion certificate for successful participation of the program
