2022 RFP Release Announcement

Dear Potential Service Provider:
Arrowhead Library System (ALS) is seeking wide area network, Internet and other telecommunications and network related services on behalf of its regional library system members located across Minnesota’s Arrowhead region.  You are invited to submit proposals for these services to be provided to ALS and their member libraries in an effort to aggregate our purchasing power and share a number of network and other library services.

The E-Rate Form 470 application number for this project is:  220021260.

I will be serving as the Issuing Contact for this RFP in my capacity as an E-Rate Consultant to ALS. To ensure proper dissemination of information to all parties, and maintain a fair and competitive process, all communications pertaining to this RFP shall be directed to the Issuing Contact only.  No person other than the Issuing Contact is authorized to respond to your questions to ensure that responses provided to you have been reviewed and approved by the appropriate ALS and Southwest West Central Service Cooperative (SWWC) staff members. Communicating anyone other than the Issuing Contact regarding this RFP is cause for immediate disqualification from participation in the RFP process.

All updates, corrections, amendments, and addenda to this document will be available to the public and posted online at https://www.swsc.org/ALSRFP

All responses to this RFP are due no later than 3:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, March 16, 2022.
