Programmatic Support. This person is responsible for implementing SpEd Pathway day to day programming designed to support teacher candidates to complete their special education licensure program.	Business Support. This person is responsible for paying expenses, completing record keeping activities, secretarial activities, and other administrative and financial coordination with higher education and candidates.	Grant Administrative Support. This person is responsible for oversight, decision making and evaluation of the grant programming. They will evaluate the implementation as indicated in grant documents, monitor budget, report on impact and continuous improvement to ensure effectiveness and success of the program goals and outcomes.
