The Building Administrator Networking Cohort provides ongoing opportunities for principals, assistant principals, and deans to connect, collaborate, and problem-solve around special education leadership. Through two full-day, in-person sessions, participants will engage in facilitated discussions, share experiences, and work through real-world challenges with peers from across the region.

These sessions are designed to strengthen leadership practice through collaboration—offering practical strategies, shared solutions, and a supportive network of colleagues facing similar responsibilities. Participants will leave with actionable ideas, increased confidence, and stronger connections to support their work throughout the year.
