Session 1: Foundations
The New Building Administrator Institute supports building leaders in developing the knowledge, systems, and confidence needed to effectively lead special education programs.
This two-part experience includes a Foundations Session on August 4 and an Application & Problem-Solving Session on January 13, 2027, combining essential learning with real-world application.
Participants will gain a clear understanding of their role in special education, including compliance, team leadership, and decision-making, while accessing practical tools, resources, and peer collaboration. This institute is designed to move beyond theory by equipping administrators with strategies they can immediately apply to support staff and students.
Participants are expected to attend both sessions to fully engage in the learning process and apply concepts over time. Registration is required for each session.
