The 6-session introductory pathway provides foundational knowledge for building strong, equitable systems of support and is ideal for district and school teams ready to deepen their understanding of MnMTSS and begin aligning practices across their system. The pathway is designed to provide early momentum and limited time away from the building once the school year begins. Each session includes structured work time so teams can actively advance their work with coaching and support in the room.

This pathway is a prerequisite to most other COMPASS professional learning pathways.

Target Audience: District Leadership Teams

Presenter: Dr. Amy Pahl, Regional MnMTSS Leader, SWWC
Amy will facilitate this series alongside MnMTSS Leads from other regions. Together, they will guide district teams through the MnMTSS framework and provide practical support as participants begin planning for implementation in their own systems.
