Generative AI can be an effective assistant for superintendents and other school leaders, strengthening the human side of leadership by streamlining communication, supporting team development, and improving decision-making in high-stakes moments. In this hands-on session, we’ll explore practical leadership use cases and review effective prompting frameworks that help you get clearer, more consistent results. You’ll also build a ready-to-use Gem designed for one specific leadership task so you can return to it repeatedly for reliable, consistent outputs in your own voice, and leave with a reusable template for creating additional task-focused Gems.

Presenters: David Berner and Heather Anderson, SWWC

There is no fee to attend. A light lunch will be provided.
