This workshop is designed to be an engaging experience for School District Technology Directors, Coordinators, Integration Facilitators and Support Staff.

Schedule for the Day 

8:30-9:00 - Open Peer Networking, Registration and Refreshments

9:00 – Welcome and Announcements  

9:15-10:00 - Workflow Automation with n8n — We're going to dive into n8n.  A powerful platform that can provide the building blocks to create some amazing integrations using AI, APIs, and Applications already being utilized in our EdTech Environments.

10:00-11:00 – Enhancing Campus Communication & Safety with TSN Visual Communication Solutions — Join us for a live demo of TSN Visual Communication Solutions — a cloud-based digital signage platform designed specifically for education.  Discover how schools are using TSN to simplify daily announcements, celebrate achievements, and improve safety through instant, campus-wide alerts.  Whether you're looking to enhance communication, strengthen school culture, or streamline emergency notifications, this session will show how TSN turns every screen into a powerful communication tool.  Learn best practices, explore integrations with tools you already use, and see real examples of how visual communication can transform your campus.

11:00-12:00 –Logitech Conference Rooms — As requested, we're going to talk about all sides of a Logitech-equipped conference room. 

12:00-1:00 - Lunch (Raspberry Glazed Chicken Breast, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Dinner Roll and Cookies from Hitching Post) and Peer Networking 

1:00-2:00 – E-Rate Update, Cyber Platform Updates, SentinelOne — This crew is going to provide some detailed information on E-Rate, Cybersecurity's platform changes, and SentinelOne's progress with SWWC.

2:00-2:30 - Wrap-up

Technology Integration Sessions:

10:00-11:00 - From Vision to Reality: Reviewing the SWWC AI Guidelines Toolkit — Explore the SWWC A.I.D.E. framework and resources designed to help districts implement responsible, practical, and future-ready AI practices.  We'll review the toolkit, (website, templates, and resources) to support district planning and alignment across leadership, instruction, and policy.

11:00-12:00 - AI Optimism Book Study: Building Confidence and Capacity — Join us for a guided discussion of AI Optimism by Becky Keene, focusing on how educators can embrace AI with purpose, curiosity, and confidence.  Together we'll reflect on key themes, share takeaways, and identify practical strategies to foster a hopeful and informed AI mindset in our schools.

1:00-2:00 - EdTech Show-and-Share: Evaluating Practice Through the SAMR Lens — Bring an EdTech tool or instructional strategy you've tried and join peers in exploring how it fits within the SAMR model.  We'll share examples, celebrate creative uses of technology, and discuss simple ways to move from substitution toward transformative learning experiences.

  • $125.00 — Participants that are not Technology Services Subscribers
  • $175.00 – Walk-in or participants who are not registered by December 3

Cancellations must be received by 4:00 p.m. on December 2, 2025, to qualify for a full refund, after which all registrations are final, and no refunds will be issued. Substitution of attendees from the same district/organization will be allowed up to the day of the event. In the event a workshop is canceled by SWWC, a full refund will be given.

Requests should be made by an individual with a disability who needs auxiliary aids, closed captioning, and services, or by someone acting on that individual’s behalf. Requests may be made either in writing or orally. Requests need to be made and received by Deecy at least two weeks in advance of the program, activity or service in question. SWWC will address all requests but may not be able to arrange for the provision of an appropriate auxiliary aid, closed captioning or service if notice is not received two weeks in advance of the program, activity, or service. SWWC requires a notice of three business days to cancel an accommodation request. If an individual fails to give notice of cancellation three business days prior to the event, SWWC reserves the right to bill the individual’s school district/agency for this expense.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received by 4:30pm on the date noted in your registration confirmation email to qualify for a full refund, after which all registrations are final, and no refunds will be issued. Substitution of attendees from the same district/organization will be allowed up to the day of the event. In the event a workshop is canceled by SWWC, a full refund will be given. SWWC will notify registered attendees that the refund will be occurring and will post on the account for the credit card utilized for payment. This cancellation policy, including specific cancellation details provided in event registration information, will be followed when determining if a refund will be issued for cancellations that are not the decision of SWWC.
