Withdraw from Service

Statute 123A.33 creates employment rights for all licensed employees of SWWC referred to as “teachers” (i.e. School Psych, OT, SpEd Teacher, Consultant, etc.). The statute requires that SWWC gives all teachers employed by SWWC written notice of the withdrawal by March 10. Therefore, if your district plans to withdraw from any educational program, you must notify Kari Bailey, Director of Human Resources, in writing by March 1, 2026.
